Rayboy

I got this inspiration to write this post  sometime back. But after reading what Grey wrote . I thought i would pen this down.

2007 has been a splendid year. A year of plentiful, a year of hope and achievements.  Things happened , or got done.

I finally changed my job, after working with them for 7 years. The previous job has been eventful, with both ups and downs. Im still in good terms with them. I will always be. I have crossed the cross roads in life, slowly but firmly defining my path which i need to take for the future.

I started 2 major companies, back in Goa. In Advertising and Telecommunications, and they are picking up quite well.

My Prayer life, i feel got bit messed up due to work and series of incidents. Im looking at renewing myself with the Lord.  Hopefully that will be one of my major resolutions for the new year 2008.

We had a screwed up, kitchen in Goa. The tiles, were basically peeling off. Rats/reptiles were  our frequent visitors.  So finally got that broken and  built. Now we have a modern, well designed kitchen. Mom is thrilled.

There were sad moments too, i lost a few good friends to work, marriage or chase of their own careers. I wish them all the very best in life.

Business was extremely good for 2007. I hope and feel it will improvise the coming 2008.

After all the excitement Grey brought, i think its high time , i get a kid too.. maybe 2 .. . Need to seriously look into this . Being a father and committed to having day to day home activities, makes me scared! . Its no. 2 on my to do list for 2008.

Apart from making my family grow, and working on my prayer life. I need to get some IT exams answered. Study a bit more into management.  Need to get a grip and focus on my Careers … I know all this is not possible, together. But no Harm trying. For 2007 … i didnt even try.

I have big plans for rayboy.org. The domain is almost as old as my IT career. I had first booked it in 1998 . It has been a major part of my growing up. it hosted my email address, which i still use till date. Through this email addy, i got my deals, my careers, my family, friends…everything passed through it.

Rayboy.org website, has and will always be the gateway to the internet for my friends, it used to be a single point source for all the info you needed on a page. It has changed into a blog for now . Most of you’ll welcomed the change, some prefered the gateway page. But it will be a mix of both and more. I have lined some more features for 2008.  watch out for more details……………!!

In 2007 .. India has been a rising star. It hammered the US Dollar and rose up. Taking Advantage on the silly wars US is fighting. Its a Rising Nation now. I have got into investments and shares and with the country on a positive march, i feel the investments will do great!. Id advise all of you’ll to get into it as soon as possible.

I got into Active Blogging in 2007, after 2 majorly failed attempts on my old blog. I started blog.rayboy.org . Thank to all of you’ll , im still here .. blogging my grumblings and rantings all the way long.

Wish you all a Happy New Year 2008. Those who faced difficulties in 2007, dont look at things negative, May the trials and tribulations of 2007, make you stronger and provide the experience and growth for the years to come!
