We got a call, from my wife’s Colleague, Patricia, today evening about a dog she found beside her house in Salmiya. it seems it was being badly beaten with sticks and kicks from 8 boys. So she called us and we rushed to rescue the dog.
Patricia said she had to yell at the boys to stop doing so as it was howling in pain and it seemed it was tied to pole. She managed to free the dog and kept it at a safer place and waited for us.
We reached there, it was saddening to see the dog in sort of trance, shivering and trying to breath. So we loosed out the rope from the dog’s neck and chest, so that could breath. We called AFL(Animal Friends League). who as always, were prompt to guide us on what steps to take. And the dog was rescued.
Patricia narrated to us, the event on how she heard the dog howling in pain from a distance and how painful’y it was see a helpless creature tied and beaten. Its so sad to see the younger generation to be both thoughtless and unsympathetic. if its not human emotions that can stop people from brutally beating animals… i wonder if its ever mentioned in each one’s religions thats Animals are created by God and to be treated with respect.

- I got this Reallly Big (uncontrolable) Hair on my head. Strangely it grows to the maximum every 2 weeks . Its a mix between an AFRO cut and Medusa , the greek myth! the barber always charges me double and that too twice a month.
- Im not a “Sweets” Guy … i basically dont eat sweets, chocolates, chewing gum etc ….NOTHING…But as a kid i was Sweets Fanatic … but at the age of 14. . i ate 4 KGs of Pound cake non stop as i loved it toooooo much.. i end up 2 days with food poisoning and nonstop loosies….. ! i stopped Sweets ever since!!
- I hate my Imagination… sometimes its soooooo strong , that i feel that i make my imagination real. So when i watch horror movies.. i can actually imagine a real situation just next to me… and it freaks me out.
- Being a Goan by birth… “Being Lazy” is in our Blood… (i hate that!)
- I’m Born and brought up in Kuwait . i have lived 12 Years of my childhood, with a kuwaiti family and their kids. i can understand Arabic Fluently(100%) . but cant speak a word.
- Im Carnivorous, i love Meat!…. my Wife’s the opposite… she is all about beans, grams and vegetables! ..
