it would be more convenient if they provide a day care servise for our pets ! i would really be more relaxed to leave my dog with a company like that instead of leaving her at home alone ..
I have had couple of bad experiences with them. The first was when they took my friend’s 3 year old persian cat for grooming, it came back home terrified and abnormal, although it is very well educated and socialized, since that day, it is afraid of leaving the house, and extremely scared when in the car.
The second was when I was outside the country, when my maid called me to inform me that she was all out of litter sand. I made an order around mid day Kuwait time, expecting it to be delievered at least by the end of the day. Well that didn’t happen, and my maid had to walk all the way down to the Co-op to buy a couple of litter sand bags. Two days later (I was in Kuwait), I received a call from a guy who wanted to confirm my order. Obviously I wasn’t in need for it.
