I haven’t had such a lazy day since eons, or even since the word eons came into existence. Such a fried day, only like Friday can be. I can’t pull any late nights tonight as I work Saturdays, and even though I work late Saturday mornings it still doesnt help you pull off a successful Friday night with proper closure.

More and more companies are giving in to everyone getting Saturdays off. I honestly don’t mind working Saturdays, as long as it’s from my couch in front of the tv from whence working doesn’t feel like work. The grass on the other side is always greener is a phrase that can be applied to business as well; I love to work from home- and always feel like I’m more productive since it’s on my own time.

So one lazy evening surfing from the couch for tomorrow begins a new week of change at work and other routines. Will consider sharing it with you in the next post. Now for some KDD ice cream and Sex in the City marathon until I fall asleep. Ah bliss.

I havent been keeping well for last 2 weeks , been down with flu , fever, body pain … and now with terrible cough… The Doc , has prescribed me with Antibiotics , which keeps me quite weak … so i havent been posting online for a while ….  Been at home resting . Doc, said i talk “too much”.. thus not giving my thorat to rest … well my job is a consultant. Consultants talk alot ….. Now since im forced to “Shut up” , been doing alot of MSN,Google and yahoo Chatting

All of us at home, enjoy her cooking. Sometime back she had made these strange looking sandwiches. They wasnt to pleasant to the eye as the fillings had broken out of the bread. When i saw them , i was like ” what are these things?”

I guess she felt bad about it. Never made them again. She had left for the day. But after i took abite . They were the most amazing sandwiches i ever tasted.

Today, after a month of the episode. We told her to make them again . This time she did it well, with the presentation and all.( this time i wasnt concerned about it). She made it very well. Well its like this

They are toasted white bread , with melted Kraft cheese, and with grated onions and spicy chilly. then we put all of them into the toaster thus sealling the sandwich up.

The Taste crazily results into a blend between spicy and cheesy over a toasted bread !!!! …

Today was a day of repairs, all of the things had to happen today. So i had to shuffle myself between alot of stuff.

Morning 9 am, came my car mechanic, with his gang of assistants, to service my car. so i took them to my car parking lot. Luckily the previous night , i got my car parked in the building shaded garage. All the tenants fight to be the first to park here. Luckily i got it. The mechanics where extremely glad.

Morning 9.30 am, came the plumbers, they had to fix a few leaks in the kitchen. But ended up breaking on of the building’s main water supply , which had to force a complete shutdown of the building’s water supply. Luckily the Haris , understood, and allowed us to do it. consequences was that we had a major flooded kitchen. Luckily the guys got it repaired , within 15 mins.. Surprisingly none of the other building tenants knew that the water supply was shut off for about 15 mins.

Morning 10.30 am, came the electrician , to fix some loose wires in the lighting we have in the hall and a few other things..

So i had to coordinate between 3 different situations from time to time. luckily the plumbling and electrical work got over by 12.30 pm. and the car servicing got done by 1.15 pm … Now i have good as new vehicle.

What a tiring morning.
