I have been a member at this website for over 3 years now. and it has been the best place in the world to look for IT solutions, problems or just for basic reading. Its got tips and tricks, which can help you work out amazing IT solutions from programming to Network setups .. complete!!!
Its a paid website. but is quite reasonable ..around 99.95 USD per year.. which is totally worthwhile .. visit them at www.experts-exchange.com

I was about to subscribe to this site. I knew it long back. before they used to charge for their service. I understand if they want to sell their expertise, even though if everyone does, there goes the use of internet.
What I hate about them is that they’ve used people’s contributions over the years as their knowledge base which they charge for. For old articles you will find your answers. But as time passes I believe you will see not many people are there to answer your question.
Why? Simple. Either I pay to get a service, or I volunteer to help another. But it doesn’t make sense that I pay to help others. And the guy in the middle makes money the more I help them. If it is to be fair, people answering questions should be rewarded.
I don’t see it ethical at all selling answers of people who were intending to provide their service for others for FREE.
Anyways, there is a smart way of getting the old CACHED answer by search your question on Google and click Cached
