The suggestions you made seem to have plenty loopholes and these bastards (Politicians,Builders lobby,Local goons)will see a lot of light to make math work. Suggest few points to be more clear. 1) File a RTI to verify all the properties sold to so called foriengners....you bet these are the same people you know.(locals) 2) Why auction??? land is different from commodities, hence it needs to go back to the owner with some incentives/rehab not to fall prey. Also the land owners have to be identified as most on this list must have been high on local brew when approached and got sold in the bargain.
