International IP Routes!

For those people , whose websites, Emails dont work today, please note there seems to be some IP route congestion specially if you are going through xxxx.teleglobe.net to xxxx.Level3.net route. Im not sure if this is due to network congestion or some changes happening there.
So ISPs in Kuwait, have not reflected to these change of routes. as everything in Kuwait is Cached, which is very bad. So please run a ” tracert domain.com ” command. Somehow after running this , the routes get cleared and things start working.

Yepp, my blog comments had some serious hickups yesterday
Ofcourse our ISPs are behind. They are busy with MOC chasing all those criminals using technology for VoIP calls.
Qualitynet DNS falls a lot by the way, I am setting up another DNS for use.
