    Dear sir,

I think that the updated labour Law in kuwait, whether it changes or is in improved for expatraits, does not make any difference as long as Kuwait has VASTA system, coz most of the companies managemment are reach and have VASTA’s, hence the poor workers are afraid to approach the shoon, because it is absolutely not as per the law when they approach there, hence the expatraits suffer tortures from their employees and injustice.can there be a solution to this?

Ultimately the expatrait employee is the losser, who will be rolled here and there and lingered and the case prolonged till the civil Id expires and he reaches to karama so the company does not loose any thing to fight back or put a blame, but the employee goes through stress, no job,no visa and no money to fight the case, therefore where does the law hold authority?

This is where Kuwait law needs to change.and the law does not allow for ladies without husband to make their children dependent on themselves, accept if they are Nurses and teachers, this law itself is the biggest stupidity, I would like to ask, DON’T THE WOMEN WHO ARE NOT FROM THIS PROFESSION HAVE A MOTHERS HEART? AREN’T THEY BEARING THE SAME PAIN AND MISERY TO DEPART FROM THEIR CHILDREN, SPECIALY WHEN THEY ARE DIVORCED OR WIDOWS? APART FROM HAVING K.D 250 SALARIES AND ALL LEGAL DOCUMENTS TO PROVE THAT THEY ARE DIVORCED OR WIDOWS, THEY HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE TORTURES OF SNATCHING AWAY THEIR CHILDREN FROM THEM, JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT TEACHERS AND NURSES, HOW FAIR IS THAT OF KUWAIT LAW?

Even that sitiuation needs so called VASTA to do this job and not spare that poor women who struggles alone, to take a lumsum for that vasta FOR WHICH SHE WIL STRUGGLE AND SQUEEZE HERSELF TO GET THAT VASTA TO ACHIEVE IT DUE TO THE LOVE OF A MOTHER’S HEART, I PITY THE LAW MAKERS FROM ALLAH’S CURSE THAT WILL COME ON THEM FOR THIS KIND OF UNJUSTFUL LAW.
