MaxDSL from Qualitynet?

Qnet has come up with some strange promotion called maxDSL. it was on the newspaper yesterday… Sadly… they dont have this information anywhere else?. i called up the number listed and the guy was confused himself.. he was saying to pay something about 600 KD per year and we will get 8MB. Even though it didnt really sound clear. i still feel Fasttelco has a better offer with a more clear description.
Does anyone else knows about this? shed some light on this matter.
