
Off late , im mentally drained, i dont know how many of you’ll fall into this trap .. Its not depression or stress … its like you are mentally tired. Its like you want to sleep , but mind says no…. or your mind says go to sleep and your body says .. no you got to work… its a confusion.
I have been pacing up and down from work, business plans , home , social activities ….. i need to slow down …. but IT people “cant” slow down
