i remember in the states that these meters they run on big battery that they change once a month, rechargeable ones, so i think these are the same.
Who cares….any which way you will be charged…..or as suggested by Ali, wait for the day when they change the battery, to park free…lol

Aldrin: thats not possible, i noticed a strange thing the same day. the coin collector was removing the balances from these meters and he had an old cop with him . initially i thought it was a passerby cop , but i noticed that the cop went with him to every meter and then they both went away… hmmm
hmm.. wonder where that money will end up ?
