I got a new poll online for : What is the biggest factor of Terrorism, Communal Riots and other Evils?

So post your comments and votes for the same. Personally i feel it is “Lack of Education or Lack of Income” . I feel a person without education has no horizon to look at. They are forced to take any jobs or any career, which they feel will feed them.

In Mumbai, one of my friends found a huge crowd at the railway station. So he went and asked a old guy cheering the people on stage. He asked him” Whats going on? whats the noise about”. To which the man replied, ” i dont know anything what he is saying , they told him they would pay him Rs 50(USD  1.25) and give him lunch to cheer the people on the stage.

like this man, there are hundreds of people who join terroists groups, riots and other gangs , not knowing what they are getting into. Governments to avoid such rival groups in the future, MUST force and implement strict educational policies, where children are given free , but compulsory education so that a “purpose” is built in life.

Religious leaders of all religions, must instill proper humantarian understandings for all their followers and educate their followers in the true meaning of their way of life and governments must support and sponsor these events. There is so much that can be written… what is your take on this?

Well, i think for both reasons, being poor and NO education.

  • Aldrin says:

The simple answer to the question is: When one feels and try and impose the only way of life is how one must follow the sick thoughts on others regardless of others believes……very good example is the BJP,RSS,SRI RAM,SHIV SENA,BAJRANG DAL……equates to taliban ideaology….only these outfits are more lethal than taliban……….Ask me why?

  • Cynthia says:

I think it is education… if they are not thought in the very begunning what is right and what is wrong… they just follow the rest…like herd,,go where the grass is green.. in this case curruption.

I don’t know if anyone has noticed that whenever there are communal riots in India, we never hear of any prominent leader getting injured or killed. This proves that these leaders only incite the people and then hide in their homes. Those who get killed are the poor party workers or bystanders. Religious riots in India are nothing but power games. Those people who shout from the rooftops about Hindutva or about Islam and can go against the very values that these religions teach to further their ends, do not actually have any religion or believe in any God. If they did, they would not do what they did. They just buy the loyalty of these workers by giving them monetary benefits. Families of suicide bombers live comfortably with the money they received for the sacrifices of the bombers. This is an universal truth that very few people actually know about.

Ali: yes thats right, but which one is a bigger factor?

Aldrin: okk… you have a point.. but why do you say so?

Cynthia: you pretty much are on the same lines as me.

Allwyn: Yes, these leaders instigate problems and create a hype for their own gain or benefit. But i dont know why people “remain” blind.

  • Mathai says:

I disagree with the ‘lack of education’ reason. One of my close buddies whos a POSTGRADUATE in Computers got brainwashed by a religious radical when he went abroad for studies. I say that its people’s priority about religion and other values thats screwed up.
