Q8NRI.com – New Forum on the Block

i was given the opportunity to review this website quite sometime back. but i had decided to wait, after giving the webmaster a couple of pointers to improvise. Well they seem to have took the advice quite well, and improvised much more.
Q8NRI.COM is a new forum with its intentions of creating an avenue for many of us, Non Resident Indians to vent out, discuss, plan or hang out seems to be a really great. But with old timers like Indiansinkuwait.com and kuwaitsamachar.com. i do feel they have long way to go.
What i liked
- The clean ad free look. Probably after some more popularity, Q8nri.com could take in some ads, but please dont make it like indiansinkuwait as thats like one major Ad Bazaar.
- The Varied sections for topics, makes it more distributed instead of everyone posting it in one location.
- its a new venture, with a postive motive in mind.
What i didnt like.
- Somehow im not to fond of the colors… i find it dull, painful, the reddish grey, gives its a very techy look and not pleasing… if i need to read all , i would want a perfect white background, coz the readability is extremely clear. and not stressfull for the eye.
- the logo… well …it has no connection to india in any way… but this is a minor issue
- im not in favour of our blog aggregates being copied manually and then posted over there. i rather have it automated to save time.
What i would like it to have
- RSS /Atom Support
- QuickReply for posts
- more members soon

hello rayboy, the color cordination of this website is sad. (agree with you). not very pleasing to the eye.
need to put some life in this website with time.
wish them all the best, surely it will be view by many if changes are made.

I liked the site, but they have to bring some unique work, to attract the people, as said above, there is too much similar sites.
