SpamHaus Blocking Complete IP Blocks

Spamhaus has started blocking entire IP blocks. Causing Hundreds of Servers to be blacklist. Currently a couple of people i know fall under one of their block, thuse causing emails to bounce back from major email servers using Spamhaus as an RBL.
If you feel your email is bouncing back with a SPamhaus Block Message, do check with www.spamhaus.org if your mail server is in the block list.

Hello:
My name is Gerardo Suarez . I am a licensed attorney who alleges and believes that SPAMHAUS, its organization, its CEO and volunteers are engaged in RACKETEERING as defined under Title 18 of the United States Code Section 1961.
My investigation indicates that the only way you can get removed from their list is by paying a consultant a large sum of money.
This is a group that is not government agency; it is not part of IANA, ARIN, RIPE, LACNIC, AFRINIC, or APNIC. In fact they are a self appointed unregulated entity that believes they are exempt from the law. In effect a self appointed sheriff. Their intentions in the beginning may have been valid but their current activities are not.
I am shocked at the number of emails that I have received from individuals and companies regarding bad acts of Spamhaus. If only 1% of what I have received turns out to be in fact valid in my opinion this amounts to criminal racketeering. My action before the court on behalf of my client is a civil action under the racketeering act.
I have spoken to the United States Department of Justice who made it very clear that they are not connected to SPAMHAUS in any way, form or shape. They also made it clear that SPAMHAUS is not entitled to any special favors from the United States Government for the activities they engage in.
If you or your company has been damaged by the acts of SPAMHAUS, I would like to hear from you.
I am interested in additional predicated acts of wrongdoings by SPAMHAUS, their volunteers and of course their CEO. If your damages are real and if they were caused by acts of SPAMHAUS, then I would like to include you in our action as additional predicated acts.
For everyone’s information, the case of e360 Insight, LLC, et al. v SPAMHAUSE is scheduled for trial on March 16, 2010 at 10:30 AM. , before the Honorable Charles P. Kocoras in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois Eastern Division. The case number is 06?cv?03958.
We have a partial list of companies that have donated to SPAMHAUS and it is my intent to take their depositions. If you have additional names and companies that have donated to Spamhause, please also contact me.
In order to make sure we have a complete list, If are aware of any companies or individuals that are currently supporting Spamhause please contact me so I can add them to my list.
All evidence collected will be submitted to the United States Department of Justice in addition to our action in hopes that they will file a criminal action.
Once our action is filed, I be moving for a temporary court order immediately seizing the domains belonging to SPAMHAUS and requesting that they be placed into the custody of the District Court until a final decision can be rendered. I will also be placing our action online with a copy of the court docket for everyone to peruse.

If you are a SPAMMER, do not contact me. I am not here to assist or help Spammers or individuals or companies that engage in this type of activity. In fact, I believe that Spammers should be prosecuted.
I believe there is a real need for a service that can go after spammers including blocking their IP addresses. However whoever is appointed with this responsibility needs to have valid policies that are enforced for all. Further, they must be engaged in transparency when it involves the public.
