This is what happens ideally. In this real world, nine out of ten emails are read and then… the 10th one is totally forgotten. or if you are busy and want BAT to remind you to remind you about it..
The Bat! has a very nice feature that helps you remember these messages that you want to deal with later. It will remind you if you still haven’t replied after a day, for example, or if the message is still flagged or unread.
To make The Bat! remind you about an email later:
- Click with the right mouse button on the message in the message list.
- Select Remind later from the menu.
- Choose the desired time.
- Select the desired options for opening the email when the alarm goes off.
- Click OK.
