Its raining heavily in Goa … the last showers of the monsoon , which is thundering, and violent winds. I had to go for a prayer event at my inlaws yesterday. I was not quite used to roads by car. so i decided to take my “trusty” Suzuki Samurai. Goa roads are a terror and not meant for the feeble at heart…Â
While going to my inlaws house which is around 10 miles away, i didnt get any rains, just a slight drizzle. But on our way back .. i was drenched , even though i had rain coats on. i couldnt close the helmet fully as the rains were just pouring , making me blind. so i had to keep the glass open. the Rain drops were like blades piercing through my face. the icy wind was cold. The roads were slippery … and flooded at places…
I reached home ..fully drenched. I enjoyed the ride, it was a great feeling.. Its like about 6 years back .. i experienced something like this. it was a great way to beat the heat i faced in Kuwait. The Suzuki Samurai is an excellent bike for such extreme conditions … beautifully designed for Goan Roads.

Oh boyyy you better take care out there! I can see your jeans are drenched from the rain.
Oh boy! I wish I was there!
Rain is so much fun, I miss rain in Kuwait already!
