Taxi Drivers think they are some rulers of the road, No discipline, no road ethics nothing .. i was coming home from meeting client, almost met with an accident .. just becoz of these dumb taxi drivers.
Im going slowly on Amman Street Salmiya, speed is not much around 25 to 30 km/h approx. The signal in front of me is Green , im glad thinking i would clear it. I notice this taxi on my left. But i dont bother , as he is bit behind.
Suddenly , the weirdo races me, and turn suddenly and pulls over to pick up a passenger. I braked almost missed hitting him. luckiky there wasnt anyone behind or i would have been hit from the back.
Now im honking and yelling from my window ….. im like WTF…Â !!!!
The Passenger isnt interested , it seems , and there goes my green light. and this guy just wont move … !!!!!!
I came out from my car, fired the hell out of him …. When i saw him , he was like really old indian guy, who could hardly speak. He just looked at me!… i was like “Dude, drive properly, instead putting others into trouble…”.
 i understand , these people are trying to make a living ,,, but not at the cost of putting others to danger.!!!

They are stupid & my dad used to always warn me from them.. well, I do what you did! Just yell - inside my car of course ! hehehe

I’ve been through much worse situations with buses.
chikaP : I had to humorize my frustrations :-). Yeah they are too unpredictable….. even the race tracks are safer.
Joel : I hopeso .. he didnt seem to have understood whatever i was saying , was just there with a blank stare.
3baid : yeah they are equally worse. Worst scenarios is when they race ahead. thinking they are a racing car on a Formula 1 track.
These guys really need to wake up.
Just to get passengers, who aren’t even interested they can’t just go around trying to kill every1 on the road.
Some1 needs to wake them up.
